1.RIGHT TO RETURN In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Latvia “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the CONSUMER has the right to terminate the distance contract within 14 calendar days and return the purchased product.

We remind you that the consumer, within 24 months from the date of purchase of the product, has the statutory right to file a claim for non-compliance with the declared parameters of the product.

The CONSUMER cannot use the right of return if:

• ordered product cannot be returned due to its peculiarities (hygiene items, electric shavers, etc.), if the packaging of the product has been opened, as well as if it is perishable or has expired;
• ordered product is audio, video or software, and the CONSUMER has opened the packaging of the product.

The CONSUMER is responsible for the safety and quality of the goods during the term of the right to return.

1.1. PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS When returning goods, you must provide a document confirming the purchase. The CONSUMER can return the goods that meet the terms of the distance contract within 14 calendar days. If the CONSUMER wishes to return a product that does not meet the terms of the distance contract, then in accordance with the rules of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 631, the CONSUMER must fill claim form and provide the returned product in full set.
